- Collect evidence
Companies submit dated work samples, outcome reports, client permissions and current service details.
- Review consistently
A named reviewer checks sources, records conflicts and scores all five criteria. The publisher’s own work requires a reviewer without a commercial role in the agency.
- Publish a dated decision
Publish the evidence summary, reviewer, cycle dates and category. Recognition is limited to the evaluated scope; featured placement never counts toward the score.
- Re-evaluate after nine months
Archive the previous decision and review fresh evidence. The calendar advances automatically; awards are published only after editorial verification.
Published recognition
The first chapter is still being written.
