Ask to see a run-of-show
A minute-by-minute schedule from a past event shows how a company thinks: who is on stage when, when the screens change, when each supplier arrives. If there is none, the day will be improvised.
THE BIG AGENCY
Corporate · Conferences · Launches · Live streaming
The Big Agency is an event management and production company in Amman, Jordan. One team plans the event and its run-of-show, books the venue and technical suppliers, designs the branding and digital invitations, runs the day on site, and covers it with photography, multi-camera video and live streaming. Every quote starts from a written scope, in Arabic and English.
Looking for the service itself - scope, deliverables and process? Event Management and Production
Annual meetings, conferences, forums, panel sessions and award evenings, where the agenda, the speakers and the timing carry the day. We build the run-of-show, manage the stage and the speakers, and record every session cleanly enough to publish afterwards.
Events built to be seen beyond the room: a product reveal, a branch or venue opening, an activation in a mall or on a campus. The concept, the stage moment and the content plan are designed together, so the launch keeps working online after the guests leave.
For events organised by someone else, we join as the coverage team. Photographers and a multi-camera video crew work from a shot list written against the run-of-show, and a live stream reaches the people who could not attend.
Attendance is earned before the day and value is captured after it. We run the promotion that fills the room - teasers, paid social, creators and PR - and turn the footage into content that keeps the event useful for months.
Five things you can check before you sign, not adjectives about our events.
| Planning and coverage sit in one team | The people who write the run-of-show also place the cameras, so camera positions, lighting and the sound feed are designed into the event instead of squeezed in on the day. |
|---|---|
| A written scope with itemised third-party costs | Venue hire, catering and rentals are listed line by line next to our own fee, so the quote can be compared with any other and trimmed without guesswork. |
| Content while the event is still happening | When it is in the scope, selected photos and short vertical clips are prepared on site and delivered the same day, while guests and press are still posting about it. |
| Every file stays in your name | Photos, raw footage, project and design files and the registration data are handed over to you. Nothing is held back to be bought again later. |
| Arabic and English, both written natively | Invitations, MC scripts, screen content and signage are written separately in each language, so a bilingual event does not read like a translated one. |
All three can deliver a good event, and each is the right choice for some events. The differences show in what happens around the stage, and after the last guest leaves.
| The venue's in-house team | Freelance event planner | Event agency with production | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Planning and run-of-show | Inside the venue only | Yes, depth varies | Written plan and a minute-by-minute run-of-show |
| Stage, sound and screens | The venue's standard package | Booked from several suppliers | Specified for the room and the cameras, one contact |
| Branding and invitations | Not included | Often outsourced | Designed in house, in Arabic and English |
| Photo, video, live stream | Not included | Booked separately | Built into the floor plan and the run-of-show |
| Content after the event | None | Whatever the photographer delivers | Recap film, vertical cuts, photo set and a summary |
| Best for | Simple meetings and dinners at that venue | Private and small events | Launches, conferences and events that need to be seen |
Each kind of event is judged by a different number - leads, press, attendance, sales - and the plan follows that number. These are the six we plan for most often in Amman, Jordan.
A minute-by-minute schedule from a past event shows how a company thinks: who is on stage when, when the screens change, when each supplier arrives. If there is none, the day will be improvised.
Most event companies rent stages, sound and screens, and that is normal. What matters is who is responsible on the day when something fails, and whether that person is standing in the room.
Venue, catering, rentals and print should appear as separate lines next to the agency fee. A single total cannot be compared with another quote, or reduced sensibly.
Microphones, presentations, videos, lighting cues and the live stream should all be run once before the doors open. A company that skips the rehearsal is testing on your guests.
Photos, raw footage, the recap film, design files and the guest list should be yours, and the contract should say so. Ask for the delivery date of each before the event, not after it.
There is no single correct answer, and a company that claims the title should be treated carefully. Judge any event company on five checkable things: a written run-of-show, clear responsibility for suppliers on the day, third-party costs listed line by line, a technical rehearsal before the doors open, and files that stay in your name. The Big Agency in Amman, Jordan meets all five, and plans, produces and covers events with one team.
Cost follows the guest count, the venue, the production level and the coverage, so there is no honest single figure. We quote against a written scope, with venue hire, catering and rentals listed as separate lines next to our fee, so each part can be compared, adjusted or removed.
Corporate events and conferences, product launches, branch and venue openings, brand activations, exhibitions and award evenings, plus coverage of sports and community events. For events organised by someone else, we join as the photography, video and live-streaming team.
We specify and coordinate them through technical suppliers we work with, confirm everything in writing, and run the technical rehearsal. You have one point of contact for all of it, and the rental costs appear as their own lines in the quote.
Yes. Multi-camera live streaming to YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn or a private link, with the sound taken directly from the venue's sound desk. We test the venue's wired internet line before the event day, because it is the one thing that decides the quality of the stream.
Six to eight weeks before a conference, launch or opening is comfortable. Coverage only - photography, video and streaming - can usually be arranged within two to three weeks if the date is free. Shorter is sometimes possible, but it narrows the choice of venues and suppliers.
Yes, across Jordan, including the Dead Sea and Aqaba. Crew travel, accommodation and transport are listed in the quote from the start.
Yes. We design the event identity and produce digital invitations with RSVP, a map, a countdown and an add-to-calendar link, in Arabic and English, and we can run the guest list and the check-in on the day.
A full edited photo set, a recap film within 5 to 10 working days, vertical clips for social media, recordings of the speaker sessions when they were filmed, and a short written summary. Every file is handed over in your name.
Send the date, the guest count, the venue if you have one, and the objective. You get a written scope with the plan, an outline of the run-of-show and an itemised quote. Call or WhatsApp +962 79 999 9481, or write to support@bi-growth.com.
