Digital Marketing and Social Media Management in Amman

Digital marketing at The Big Agency means one team in Amman running your strategy, content calendar, publishing, paid campaigns and reporting together. We start from a business goal, decide which channels can reach it, produce the content in house, and review performance monthly against numbers agreed before we start.

We connect audience insight, content direction, publishing and paid activity so the brand communicates consistently and every action has a reason.

What we can deliver

What a monthly social media retainer includes

  1. 01

Social media strategy and channel plan

A written plan naming the audience, the message, the platforms worth being on and the platforms worth skipping. Most brands in Jordan are spread across four channels when two would perform better.

  2. 02

    Content calendar and publishing

A monthly calendar approved in advance, then published on schedule. You see everything before it goes live, and nothing is posted without approval.

  3. 03

    Paid campaign planning and management

Meta, TikTok and Google campaigns built around a defined objective, with budget split, audiences and creative agreed before launch and adjusted while the campaign runs.

  4. 04

    Creator and influencer collaborations

Shortlisting creators whose audience actually overlaps with yours, negotiating deliverables, briefing them properly, and measuring what the collaboration returned.

  5. 05

    Media buying at scale

Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube and programmatic buying planned against a business target rather than a reach number, with the budget split and the audiences agreed before anything runs.

  6. 06

    Public relations and press placement

Launch announcements, founder profiles and story placement across Jordanian and regional media, written in Arabic and English and pitched to outlets that actually cover your sector.

  7. 07

    Monthly reporting and performance review

A short report in plain language: what we published, what it cost, what it returned, and what changes next month. No dashboard screenshots without an explanation.

Arabic and English, written not translated

A caption translated word for word from English almost always reads as translated, and Jordanian audiences notice immediately. We write each language separately from the same brief, so the Arabic sounds like it was written by someone who speaks the way your customers speak, and the English does the same job for the regional and international audience.

This matters more than it sounds. Most of the engagement Amman brands earn comes from Arabic-first users, while a large share of the enquiries that turn into contracts arrive in English. A brand that only performs in one language is handing the other half of the market to a competitor.

What we need from you to start

The plan is faster and sharper when these are ready on day one. If some are missing we can build them - it simply adds time.

  • Admin access to your Meta Business Suite, TikTok and Google accounts. We never ask for personal passwords.
  • Any existing brand guidelines, logo files and product photography.
  • The two or three business numbers you actually care about this year.
  • One named person on your side who can approve content within two working days.

Process

How we run the first ninety days

The exact scope changes with the project, but the thinking stays focused and transparent.

01

Understand the business goal

We start from the commercial question, not the platform. More qualified leads, a product launch, a new branch, a shift in who buys from you - each one leads to a different plan.

02

Build the message and the channel plan

We define the content pillars, the tone in Arabic and English, the posting rhythm, and the split between organic content and paid support.

03

Produce, publish, manage and learn

Content is created in our own studio, published on the agreed calendar and reviewed monthly. What performs gets repeated; what does not gets replaced.

What determines the price

Two projects with the same name can differ several times over in cost. These are the variables that actually move the number, so you can judge any quote you receive - ours or anyone else's.

  • The number of content pieces produced each month, and whether any of them need a shoot.
  • Whether paid campaigns are managed, and across how many platforms.
  • How many languages the content is written in - Arabic and English separately costs more than one.
  • Whether reporting is monthly or weekly.

Send us the scope and you get a written quote with a fixed figure, usually within one working day. The number does not change unless the scope changes in writing.

Questions clients ask before starting

How much does social media management cost in Amman?

It depends on how much content is produced each month and whether paid campaigns are included. A management-only retainer costs far less than one that includes a monthly shoot. Tell us the volume you need and we send a fixed monthly figure, not a range that changes later.

Do you handle the ad budget as well as the management fee?

The management fee and the ad spend are separate. You keep ownership of the ad account and pay the platforms directly, so you can see exactly what was spent. We never mark up ad spend.

How long before we see results?

Paid campaigns produce measurable data in the first two weeks. Organic growth is slower and honest agencies say so: expect the first clear trend at around ninety days and a reliable pattern after six months.

Can you work with our existing in-house marketer?

Yes, and it usually works well. We take the parts that need a studio - production, campaign build, reporting - and your in-house person keeps daily community management and the institutional knowledge.

Do you post in Arabic, English, or both?

Both, written separately rather than translated. Which language leads depends on the audience; for most Amman brands the Arabic carries the community and the English carries the B2B enquiries.

What happens if we want to stop?

After the three month minimum you can end the retainer with thirty days notice. You keep every account, every asset and every file we produced. Nothing is held hostage.
